45th Class Reunion - 2005
- The reunion committee of the Memorial High School Class of 1961 has announced the dates for the groups’s 45-year reunion. The three-day event will take place over the Labor Day weekend, Sept. 1-3, 2006. The agenda follows:
- Friday, Sept. 1
~ 5:00—7:00 p.m. Get acquainted and pick up football tickets at the Gazebo in Memorial Park (across from the high school.).
~ 7:30 p.m. Football game (vs. Celina) at Skip Baughman Field.
- Saturday, Sept. 2
~ Golf Outing (“Peoria Scramble) at Northmoor Golf Course. Tee times TBA. Contact John Beck for tee times and details.
~ 6:00 p.m. Group picture at Idlewild Clubhouse, followed by general get-together.
~ 7:00 p.m. Catered dinner, followed by a period of nostalgia and reminiscences.
- Sunday, September 3
~ Sightseeing Cruise on Lake St. Marys aboard the Lost Weekend II. Cruise will begin at Carter Villa on the West Bank. No cost. Time TBA. The event will be sponsored by Ray Barber (BRW Tool) & Wayne Freewalt (Omni Mfg.).
Other members of the Reunion Committee are: Rosemarie Goodwin, Mary Ann Shroyer, Peg Cisco, Sandy Brown, Sue Lynch, Wayne Freewalt, Ken Hitchen, Buz Howard and Bill Huber.
