The Prom Promenade has been held since the covered bridge was built in Memorial Park in 1992, making this year's Promenade the eighth annual such event. Founded and sponsored by the St. Marys Area Chamber of Commerce, the Promenade draws hundreds of participants and thousands of spectators to the park for a photo-filled hour before the Prom.
