The Wright State University Lake Campus chapter of Business and Professionals of America (BPA) are selling “eggs”-actly the perfect Easter treat - 6 oz. candy Easter eggs in seven delicious flavors. Flavors are peanut butter, maple, black walnut, coconut, mint, cherry, and butter pecan.
The eggs can be ordered from any BPA member or by calling 419-586-0337 or 1-800-237-1477, extension 8337. The eggs sell for $3 each or 2 for $5. Deadline for ordering the eggs is April 10.
The Lake Campus BPA members are raising funds to represent Wright State University Lake Campus at National Competition in Dallas, Texas, April 30 through May 5. Six Lake Campus BPA members - Jennifer Perry, Celina; Jessica Barga, North Star; Deb Wiess, Van Wert; Cami Buchholz, New Bremen; Jeanette Leon, Ft. Recovery; and Brittany Billing, Anna - earned top-place rankings at the 2003 State Competitive Events held recently at University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters, qualifying them to participate in the national competition. They will be participating in events such as Advanced Word Processing, Administrative Support Team, Interview Skills, Medical and Legal Office Procedures, and Desktop Publishing.
Associate Professor of Office Information Systems (OIS) H. Roger Fulk and OIS instructor Lisa Elick are local chapter advisors.
