"On the Edge. New Skills for the Professional"

Local chambers of commerce, the Celina Rotary Club, and the Lake Campus of Wright State University teamed up to bring in a variety of high caliber expert speakers for this 3rd annual “On the Edge” program. More than 125 persons were in attendance.
Speakers provided information on understanding why customers buy from you, discovering new ways to win over the competition, technology and communication, legal hiring practices, dealing with difficult people, conflict management, and assertiveness.
Other speakers were keynote speaker Jim Niekamp, managing partner of 95% Share Marketing; Linda Bruno of Sidney, founder of Positive Business Results; James Sayer, Chair, Department of Communication at Wright State University; and Wright State’s Affirmative Action Programs Director Dr. Juanita Wehrle-Einhorn.
