WOEF Awards $150,00 at WSU-LC
Wright State University’s Lake Campus and the Western Ohio Educational Foundation (WOEF) took the occasion of a recent reception to honor recipients of scholarships and grants awarded for the 2003-2004 academic year at the Lake Campus. In attendance, in addition to scholarship winners and their families, were Lake Campus faculty and staff members and WOEF Board trustees. 132 awards for a total of $150,324 have been awarded. Scholarships and grants are funded by the WOEF Board, various individuals, community organizations, corporations, and endowment funds.

Western Ohio Educational Foundation & Wright State University Lake Campus Scholarship Awards for 2003-04 Academic Year:
- Recipients of The Crown Scholarship, Full Tuition, renewable for up to 3 years, are Lynn M. Knapke, New Bremen, and Casey M. McEvoy, St. Marys Memorial. Recipients of the Crown Scholarship renewals are Heather C. Topp, New Bremen; Tyler J. Poeppelman, New Bremen; and Dustan S. Adkins, Celina.
- Recipient of the $3,000 Pax Machine Works $3,000 Scholarship, renewable for a 2nd year, is Nathan C. Goettemoeller, St. Henry.
- Recipient of the $3,000 Goodyear Scholarship is Joel G. Schumm, St. Marys Memorial.
- Recipient of a $2,500 Community First Bank & Trust Scholarship is Michael L. McGowan, Minster.
- Recipient of the $2,500 Reynolds & Reynolds ACE Scholarship for the 2003-04 year, renewable up to 3 years, is Melissa R. Bruns, Marion Local. Recipient of a Reynolds & Reynolds renewal is Sarah L. York, Russia.
- Recipients of a $2,000 WOEF Scholarship are Dan S. Wierwille, New Knoxville; and Leah R. Krogman, Parkway.
- Recipient of a $1,200 WOEF Scholarship is Mariel M. Giesige, Celina.
- Recipient of the $1,200 Kevin & Anna Katterhenry Scholarship is Julia L. Sommer, Celina.
- Recipient of the $1,000 AAP Scholarship is Tracy L. Horn, St. Marys Memorial.
- Recipient of the $1,000 Mercer Savings Bank Scholarship is Michelle A. Van Skyock, Ft. Recovery.
