DECA Students Place at State
Seven Memorial High School DECA members won awards recently at the State DECA Career Conference held in Columbus. Those students receiving top ten finalist medals were: Nikki Moran and Danielle Weigel in the Financial Services Team Event; Alicia Roth in the Business Services Series Event; Adam Styer in the Marketing Test Event; Dan Zink in the Mathematics and Communications Test Event
Trophy winners included: Carrie Rasneor, who placed third in the Full Serve Restaurant Series Event, and Karin Riesen, who placed second in the Mathematics and Communications Event.
Carrie and Karin will now represent MHS and Ohio DECA at the National DECA Career Conference which will be held in Salt Lake City on April 19 – 24.
