ST. MARYS - The Instrumental Music Department of the St. Marys City Schools has an exciting opportunity to receive free musical instruments and supplies.
The Pepsi-Cola Company is sponsoring a "Share the Joy with Music" program by featuring "Pepsi Notes" symbols on all specially marked 12 packs, 24 packs, and 2 and 3 liter bottles. Points from these "Pepsi Notes" can be redeemed for free new musical instruments, supplies, sheet music and software.
In addition, "Pepsi Notes" will also be featured on specially marked packages of Frito-Lay products.
A collection bin is located in the main office at each building in the school system, as well as in the the Music Department office.
The collection drive ends during January of 2001.
