Bands will perform in the Van Wert High School Gymnasium, while the choirs perform at the First United Methodist Church, directly east of the high school.
Parents and the public is invited to attend; however, no cameras of any sort are permitted. The schedule for the event is as follows:

Each ensemble will perform three selections for a panel of judges, who will rate their performance on a scale of "I" or superior, to a low of "V" or poor.
Following this performance, each group will perform a selection they have not seen before, called a "sightreading" piece, for a fourth judge who will also rate this performance on a scale from I to V.
Groups who receive an overall superior rating (a total of 6 from the 4 judges) will proceed to state contest at Shawnee High School in late April. Good luck to our Memorial High School musicians in their quest for superior ratings!
