Band Parents Italian Night April 7
The annual St. Marys Band Parents Italian Night, sponsored by Chief
Supermarket, is scheduled for Saturday, April 7, from 4:30-7:30 at the
McBroom Cafeteria. Tickets are $4 for adults, $3 for students, children,
and senior citizens, and are available at Chiefs, the Band Office of
Memorial High School, or at the door. Menu for the Italian Night includes
lasagna, applesauce or tossed salad, garlic bread, corn or green beans,
drink and dessert.
Performances will be given throughout the evening in the McBroom Gymnasium,
featuring the following groups:
- 5:10 PM ~ MHS Jazz Band II
- 5:30 PM ~ Sixth Grade Band
- 5:50 PM ~ Seventh Grade Band
- 6:10 PM ~ Junior High Jazz Band
- 6:30 PM ~ Eighth Grade Band
- 7:00 PM ~ MHS Jazz Band I
In addition, a raffle, featuring in excess of 100 prizes will be held. Some
of these prizes include cash, discount admission to Cedar Point, Kings
Island, and the Columbus Zoo, and many other items. Tickets are $1 each or 6
for $5, and are available from any St. Marys Band member in grades 5-12 or
at the door.
Proceeds from the Italian Night and the Raffle assist the instrumental music
students of the St. Marys City Schools. The public is invited to attend and
support our young musicians of St. Marys!
