State statute requires new students present a birth certificate at the time of enrollment, social security number, and, if not residing with both parents, legal papers showing guardianship or legal custody with which they are residing.
Students have had a change of address or phone number from last school year are to notify the office immediately(394-4011).
All MHS students will receive a handbook/organizer the first day of school this year. This booklet will contain the student code of conduct and a full year daily planner which the students will be expected to use for class assignments so there is no need to purchase an additional daily planner.
