2000 Homecoming Queen & Court

ST. MARYS, OHIO - Memorial High School Senior Lori Triplett has been selected the 2000 MHS Homecoming Queen.

Triplett will reign over the Homecoming Court during activities at Friday’s game against Kenton.

The daughter of Newt and Connie Triplett, Lori has participated on the softball, volleyball and basketball teams. She is a member of Thespians, Student Council, the National Honor Society, the Glitter and Gold Show Choir, the Symphonic Choir, M-Teens and the yearbook staff.

In the community, Lori is a Red Cross volunteer, swimming instructor, lifeguard and she volunteers with Goodfellows and the highway clean-up. Lori plans to go to a four-year college to major in education and minor in music.

Lori will be escorted by Nathan Hosek, representing the National Honor Society. He is the son of Susan and Daniel Hosek.

Tricia Dickman, the daughter of Tom and Jill Dickman, is the Senior Attendant.

Tricia is involved with the track team, the National Honor Society, M-Teens, the Symphonic and Marching Bands. She is the President of Student Council and the Senior Class Vice President.

Tricia teaches the Childrens’ Choir at her church, is an elementary school tutor and volunteers for Goodfellows. She plans on becoming a elementary or secondary teacher.

Tricia will be escorted by Andy Howick, representing DECA. Andy is the son of Pat and Karen Howick.

The Junior Attendant is Ashley Menker, the daughter of Tom and Beni Menker. She is a varsity cheerleader, a junior representative to Student Council, a member of the yearbook staff and is in the Spanish Club and M-Teens.

Ashley will be escorted by Kurt Rammel, representing the Art Club. Kurt is the son of Steve and Sandy Rammel.

Rachel Dove, daughter of Mark and Sandra Dove, is the Sophomore Attendant. She participates in soccer, Student Council, Spanish Club, SADD, MTV, Marching Band, Concert Band, Choir and was the Freshman Class President.

Rachel is also active in 4-H, her church choir, Goodfellows and the highway clean-up. She will be escorted by Derek Vogel, representing Student Council. Derek is the son of Denny and Margie Vogel.

The Freshman Attendant is Mindy Minnich, the daughter of Don and Cam Minnich. She will be escorted by Travis Dosek, representing the Future Farmers of America. Travis is the son of Karen Reiboldt.

Triplett will be crowned by last year’s queen, Brandi Dicke, the daughter of Karen and Randy Dicke. She will be escorted by John Meinerding, the son of Al and Janet Meinerding.
